What is Street Medicine?

Reach Out Street Medicine Clinic was developed in 2022 with Oklahomans sleeping on the street in mind. Their unique circumstances often require primary care + behavioral health care + access to substance use treatment, or integrated care. We carry this special care to the patient in a backpack.

We focus on preventing medical conditions from deteriorating to emergencies by building trust in non-judgemental and open-minded relationships without barriers; because let's face it - isn't that the best kind of care?
